The Prisoner Bot is available as a free add-on exclusively for GG Host Performance servers (20+ slots). If your server meets this requirement, follow the steps below to activate and set up the bot.
Step 1 — Add the Prisoner Bot to Your Account

Log in to your GG Host client area.

In the menu, go to Services > Addons.

Find Prisoner Bot and click Order Now.

Complete the checkout process (free of charge for Performance servers).
Once completed, the Prisoner Bot license will be attached to your GG Host account.
Step 2 — Check Your Email for Setup Instructions
After activation, you will receive an email containing the next steps.
The email instructs you to open a ticket with the Prisoner Bot developer directly on Discord and provide the following information:

Host: GG Host

Do you have a dedicated computer for the bot? (Yes or No): Indicate whether you have an additional computer capable of running SCUM while the bot is active.
This is required for features that involve in-game commands, such as spawning items or sending automated messages inside the game. -
IP of your SCUM server: Provide the IP of your server (visible in your GG Host panel).

Your email address: Use the same email registered in your GG Host account.

FTP username: Your SFTP username (used by the bot to connect and download files).

FTP password: The password associated with your SFTP user.

FTP port: 8822

Invitation link to your Discord server: Share an invite link so the bot can connect.
If you don’t know how to get this, right-click your Discord server icon, select Invite People, and copy the generated link.
Step 3 — Open a Ticket with the Developer
Go to the developer’s Discord (information provided in the email) and open a ticket.
Submit all the information listed above so the developer can install and configure the bot for you.
Once your ticket is opened and the information is confirmed, the developer will handle the configuration and notify you as soon as everything is ready.

- The developer manages Prisoner Bot as a side project, so requests are completed based on his availability. In most cases, the configuration is finished within a day, but in some situations, it may take a little longer.
