This guide will show you how to disable the contaminated areas on your DayZ server.

  1. Stop your server.
  2. Select "File Manager"
  3. Open the mpmissions folder
  4. Open the folder for the mission your server is currently using.
  5. Click Edit on the cfgEffectArea.json file
  6. Remove all data from the file, and replace it with {}
  7. Save the file in the top left
  8. Startup your server, there will now be no contaminated areas.
