Step 2: Accessing the Subuser Management Page

2.1. Once logged in, navigate to the subuser management page by visiting the following URL: https://www.gghost.games/account/users.

2.2. Confirm that you are on the correct page by verifying the presence of a blue button on the top left side labeled "Invite New User."

Step 3: Inviting a New Subuser

3.1. Click on the "Invite New User" button to initiate the subuser invitation process.

3.2. A prompt will appear, requesting information about the subuser. Fill in the following details:

  • Email: Enter the email address of the subuser to whom you want to grant access.
  • Permissions: Specify the permissions you want to assign to the subuser. This may include read-only access, billing privileges, or other relevant permissions.

3.3. After entering the necessary information, proceed to the next step, typically by clicking on the blue "Send Invite" button.

3.4. The subuser will receive an email from GG Host, notifying them that they have been invited. The email will contain an "Accept Invitation" hyperlink.

Step 4: Subuser Confirmation

4.1. Advise the subuser to check their email inbox, including spam or junk folders, for the invitation email.

4.2. Instruct the subuser to click on the "Accept Invitation" hyperlink within the email.

4.3. The hyperlink will redirect the subuser to the GG Host website.

Step 5: Accepting the Invitation on GG Host

5.1. On the GG Host website, the subuser should look for a blue "Accept Invite" button in the middle of the screen.

5.2. Instruct the subuser to click on the "Accept Invite" button to confirm their acceptance of the invitation.

Additional Tips:

  • Choose Permissions Wisely: When assigning permissions, consider the responsibilities of the subuser and grant only the necessary access to perform their tasks.
  • Double-Check Email Address: Ensure that the email address you provide for the subuser is accurate to avoid invitation issues.
  • Revoking Access: If needed, you can revoke or modify the permissions of a subuser at any time through the subuser management interface.
